The Planning and Zoning Commission is the final authority concerning the subdivision of land, and makes recommendations to City Council regarding applications for amendments to the zoning map and zoning ordinance, and updates to the City’s Comprehensive Plan.

• 7:30 PM: Regular meeting

Appointment

The Commission consists of nine (9) voting members who serve two-year terms. Places 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 are appointed in odd-numbered years, and Places 2, 4, 6, and 8 are appointed in even-numbered years. Members must own real property within the City.
