  1. BENBROOK HERITAGE FEST 2022

    Benbrook is saddling up to host Heritage Fest on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Dutch Branch Park.  This year’s event will be packed full of family-friendly fun entertainment, music performances, food, artisan vendors, a pumpkin patch, and much more!  

    Sponsors who sign up by 5:00 p.m. July 15, 2022, will be ensured maximum marketing exposure. However, sponsorships remain available until August 26, 2022.

    Please complete the following application and submit payment (options listed below). Once your payment is received by Heritage Fest Management, you will receive a confirmation email.

  4. PAYMENT

    To pay by credit card, call 817-249-6990 during regular business hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.

  5. Please upload a high resolution copy of your organization's logo OR the name/title you would like for us to include on our Heritage Fest marketing materials.

  8. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    To help ease traffic congestion, sponsors may setup their booth space tents and displays (no products) on Friday between 3 - 6 p.m. However, neither Heritage Fest nor the City of Benbrook are responsible for any tents or displays. Very limited security will be available. Regular time for booth setup up will be on Saturday, October 1, from 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. 

    Please note that we do not offer sponsorships for political groups/organizations, political candidates, and religious groups/organizations at Heritage Fest. In addition, Heritage Fest Management, at their sole discretion, may turn down any sponsor application reserving the right to limit the number of sponsors and the specific product(s) displayed and/or sold at a sponsor's booth. 

  9. BOOTH SPACE RULES:
    • Vendors/Sponsors are allowed to tear down booths beginning at 6 p.m. Vendors/Sponsors must stay until 6 p.m. Food trucks and trailers must stay until 7 p.m. Those who leave early are not guaranteed to be accepted as a vendor or sponsor in the upcoming years.
    • Electricity and water are not available for vendor/sponsor booths. Loud generators will not be allowed.
    • Vendors/sponsors must furnish their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays. (Tents are required.)
    • There are no rain dates scheduled.
    • Each vendor is responsible for their own sales tax (if applicable).
    • Food sale vendors must obtain and display a Food Permit from the Tarrant County Public Health Department: 817-321-4700.
    • Booth assignments will be emailed to you ahead of time, if you register for a booth by September 1st. Otherwise, you will receive your assignment on Friday or Saturday morning when you arrive at the event.
    • If you are a professional service business wanting a booth space, you are required to offer some type of activity at your booth to engage the public.
  10. RELEASE:

    I have read the application instructions and agree to abide by the rules and terms set forth in this application.  I assume all responsibility for my products and safeguarding my display.  Should Heritage Fest close during the designated operating hours due to inclement weather or for any other reason (including health and safety concerns) at the sole discretion of the Heritage Fest Management, I hereby agree to strictly adhere to the direction of the Heritage Fest Management.  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heritage Fest, the City of Benbrook, and their employees for any damage, loss or injury resulting from my participation in this event. I agree to allow Heritage Fest the use of any images, photos, videotape, and other materials taken during the event for purposes of future promotion of the event. Heritage Fest Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to advise me of any items that do meet standards set forth, and I agree that such work/items will be immediately removed upon request by Heritage Fest Management and its officials associated with the event. Failure to remove such work/items upon request or comply with Heritage Fest rules will result in my removal from the event and may prohibited me from participating in future events. Refund Policy:  Submission of this application is a commitment to participate in the Heritage Fest event, and therefore no refunds will be made once the applicant has been approved to participate in event. In the event of a true emergency, please contact Heritage Fest Management at 817-249-6990 or HeritageFest@benbrook-tx.gov. 

    By typing your name in the signature block and clicking "submit" below, you are agreeing to the Release statement above. This will serve as your official signature and is legally binding.
