Texas Rent Relief Program

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is launching a statewide COVID-19 Rental Relief Program making emergency funds available to help Texas renters pay rent and utility bills (including past due rent and utilities). TDHCA will begin accepting applications from landlords and tenants on February 15, 2021 at 8 a.m. To apply, visit
